The majority of our recruitment activity falls within either of the two following categories:
Contingency Assignments - unusually we offer a service which involves remuneration upon placement, yet offers all of the benefits of proactive sourcing. Our clients therefore gain the quality of candidate generated through referral networking or direct approach, for a similar financial commitment to our competitors offering database searching and advertising response facilities only.
The trust we have developed with our clients ensures a considerable percentage of assignments are undertaken on an "exclusive" basis. Our clients benefit from a greater commitment of our time and we benefit from an enviable conversion rate where such exclusivity is agreed.
Retained Search Assignments - this is the highest level of service provided and offers a virtual guarantee of successful conclusion. Essentially our time allocated to service the assignment is remunerated by way of an initial engagement fee, typically one third of the total. The remaining thirds become payable at the next stage, presentation of a candidate shortlist and finally upon the candidate commencing employment.
Whilst this method is ideal for Executive and Senior level appointments, we are regularly retained by our clients for specific projects, particularly where timescale, confidentiality and quality are a priority.
