IFA (Independent Financial Adviser)
IFA is our main area of specialism within the broader arena of regulated sales, yet we are also highly influential in areas of Private Banking, Direct Sales and Bancassurance. Our higher concentration of activity within IFA reflects our commitment to quality recruitment activity over quantity.
We are particularly successful working with Professional Practice firms, including Solicitors, Accountants and Stockbrokers. We are regular suppliers to the most highly regarded National and equally the larger Regional firms, in addition to specialists within Corporate Employee Benefits. There are few firms with whom we have no relationship. This reflects our involvement with the top layer of professionals within the market - the type of individuals likely to create interest across a broad cross section of market players.
We work with many highly qualified IFAs (Advanced Planning Certificate level etc.) and the most impressive business producers, usually six figure commission/fee income. We are recognised as a key provider of candidates with a particular specialism or niche expertise. We are also extremely well equipped in the placement of candidates at Management and Director levels.
Broker Sales
Our specialism in the Broker Consultant market dates back to the very beginning of our business. We have a truly exceptional track record and rank as one of the main providers of Consultants to most major Life, Pensions, Investment and Mortgage providers.
Our contact base within this area is virtually exhaustive and this has been cultivated almost wholly through proactive candidate sourcing. We are confident in our ability to supply candidates across the full spectrum of positions, up to Sales Director level. In addition to generic Broker Consultant positions, we are regularly involved in Pension and Investment Development Managers and Sales Development Managers
Compliance
We have significant influence within this highly technical field. This division specialises in Compliance recruitment across the other sectors of our business including IFAs, Insurance Providers, Mortgage and Investment firms.

Our Administration team proves consistently that proactive candidate sourcing and our short listing approach work equally well in back office recruitment. All of our clients and candidates are connected to the Financial Services industry and generally our activity follows the other divisions of our company - namely back office support within IFAs, Life, Pensions, Investment and Mortgage product providers and Employee Benefits and/or Actuarial organisations. General Insurance is a more recent addition to our service and our impact in this sector has already been significant, highlighting the lack of professional proactivity in this area.
